The room we were in had dirty walls, and curtain, and something sticky on the floor when we got there. Thought it may have been a bit cleaner for the money that you pay for the room.

Was a great stay, very nice view from both bedrooms and the terasse, recently renovated apartment, Lou in the Reception was very helpful, would definitely stay here again if ever back in Airlie Beach.
The apartment has no Wifi. The last 100 meters before the hotel is a bit steep uphill.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, facilities are fatastic and the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable to live in. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience for us during the holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who want to travel to Whitsundays.
However, there are still something they could improve, 1) Having a restaurant in this hotel would be a great idea, this is perfect for some travellers who do not have time or are not willing to go down to the main street to find a restaurant. Since this hotel is located at an uphill road, it was pretty exhausted for us to go back to the hotel after a full day trip, expecially in this hot summer. 2) There is no hair drier in our room, which really surprised us. I would say it is necessary to have a hair drier in every apartment.

Was close to Airlie main shopping area but a bit of an uphill walk back.
Not enough towels, View not great, Old tv. Kind of a dismal dark condo. No Wireless. Nothing special for the money. Nicer Condos in lesser areas like Yepoon. Not impressed.

close to all facilitys, awesome pool, room we stayed in was good, management was understanding with us and looked after us through the 5 day stay.
Need to change matress as there is bed bugs in matress and covered with bites all over body. If this did not happen our stay was great.

The staff was counting my two 2 years and 5 years children as an adult. They forced me to pay another $100 extra for two nights..
